  1. After purchasing hosting from us you will understand the full cPanel, if you do not understand then you have to take that responsibility
  2. If you change / delete a file database without understanding the cPanel, the customer is responsible.
  3. If you change any new plugin, update plugin, PHP, code of the website, the website cannot be visited many times, different errors come, in that case you have to fix the site with a developer, in case of this kind of problem the customer, hosting provider will not take the responsibility. .
  4. Customers must have knowledge of hosting and cPanel, otherwise your site will be ruined if you do the opposite. The customer has to take the responsibility for that
  5. No adult content or anti-state content may be used on our hosting. If you have used it, the hosting will be suspended without any notice
  6. If you don't like our host, you can get a refund if you cancel the service within 7 days. (Refund will be sent within 12-48 hours)
  7. If the company is not responsible for Facebook blocking your domain after taking our hosting, the customer will have to take responsibility.
  8. Hosting will be suspended any time after due date, no notification will be given, then you will have to pay invoice and unsupport hosting
  9. If you do not pay the hosting bill on time, i.e. 7 days have passed since the due date of the bill, then the hosting will be deleted without any notice, the data or file of which cannot be returned, you must check the mail or login to the billing portal. You need to know the time of the bill, many times mail or SMS may not go for this, you have to login to the portal and see.
  10. Our shared hosting cannot be used as any storage. Do not use such as video audio file download upload. Only the website database and files can be kept as much as you want on a specific plan
  11. The DMCA report states that we will suspend or terminate the hosting without any notification, after which the client will not be able to accept any objection.

    ✔ No refunds will be made if we terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    ✔ Credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
    ✔ Setup fees are non-refundable.
    ✔ Accounts purchased under a promotion, with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 7 Days money back guarantee.
    ✔ Any funds sent to Putul Host which are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credit and cannot be refunded.
    ✔ Violation of TOS (no refund): No refunds will be made if we suspend or terminate your hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions, except as may be provided therein. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    Cancellations and Refunds

    Hostingseba reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.Refund – Unfortunately We Don’t offer any refund for VPS or Dedicated Server or any Reseller Hosting.
    Cancellation and Refunds Procedure
    Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area. To do this, click the icon next to the package you wish to cancel then press ‘Request Cancellation’. You must then complete and submit the form.
    Choosing an immediate cancellation means your service will be terminated with 24 hours of submitting the form.
    It is your responsibility to ensure any paypal subscriptions you have setup are cancelled.
    No other forms of cancellation are accepted.
    Cancellations must be submitted before the invoice for that billing cycle is due. Failure to do so will result in the invoice being due. Cancellation requests can only be submitted if the account has no due invoices.
    ✔ After submitting cancellation, open the ticket at the billing department with your refund number, then the refund will be sent within 12-48 hours.
    Backups and Data Loss
    Your use of this service is at your sole risk. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. Putul Host is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Putul Host servers. You can generate your own backups via the cPanel interface.
    Resource Usage
    User may not, Use 10% or more of system resources for longer then 60 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc. Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed. Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD. Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network. Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes You may create your own backup of your account from your control panel however these may only be stored for up to 7 days.     Resellers
    Resellers may use their website for personal use or to sell to their own clients. Resellers cannot host free accounts under any circumstances. do not have any money back guaranty Transfer
    Free transfer only applicable for cPanel to cPanel transfer. For any manual transfer charge is tk1000
    We will transfer up to 30 accounts free of charge for Reseller. Each account thereafter is charged at tk100 each.
    For VPS or Dedicated Server, root to root transfer is free and there is no account transfer limit. Non Root to Root transfer limit is 30 accounts, thereafter is charged at tk100 each

VPS CPU Usages:

Client agrees not to run any processes on his or her VPS which create a CPU load above 0.9 on the VPS for an extended period of time or which cause a high CPU load on the host node for an extended period of time. In other words, client agrees not to use the equivalent of a full core for him or herself for an extended period of time. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time lapse involved.

Over selling

You must not needlessly create accounts, install any script/software or upload any files which add space usage if you have no intention of using them. As part of our fair usage policy, excessive CPU usage is not allowed. You may not initiate the following on our shared hosting servers:

1. Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.
2. Run any type of web spider or indexer (including Google Cash / AdSpy) on shared servers.
3. Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes.
4. Run download sites.
5. cPanel backup file is disabled as customers are abusing it by generating 10 or more backup at one time or running an automated backup every 5 minutes. This is not allowed. You can however request from us to backup an account for you and we will gladly do it.
6. Customer may not use disk space as a file repository, or dump site. This includes but is not limited too; warez, serialz, sound files (mp3/wav), applications, zip/rar/iso files. Your account is to be used for hosting a website and not for file storage.

Account & Payments

Account

When registering Hostingseba, you must register with your correct information. You may have to provide NID or other documents later. In all cases where documents are required
1. In case of change of email or any other information in the account of the Hostingseba
2. When verifying the Hostingseba's account
3. If the domain or hosting is suspended for any reason

Payments

If a shared/reseller account has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.
1. 1-2 Days – No Action Taken
2. 3 Days – Accounts are suspended
3. 7 Days – Accounts will be terminated.
4. If a VPS has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.
5. 1-2 Days – No Action Taken
6. 3 Days – Accounts are suspended
7. 4 Days – Accounts are terminated
8. Dedicated servers will be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue.

Delivery of Services Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt from our systems. Please print an retain a copy of this and retain in a safe place for future reference.

Your unique customer username will be on this receipt and should be used for an enquires to Hostingseba.

Please note that we aim to deliver all goods as soon as signup is complete. If we will be unable to adhere to this you will be informed via Ticket or telephone or both. Payment will be deducted when services are delivered.
